The latest version of our plans sees us returning to Greece in early April, launching Serafina and spending the summer cruising down through the Corinth Canal and then the western islands of Greece, ending up eventually in Turkey where we plan to winter the boat.

In the following year (2010) we would join the East Med Rally in May (Istanbul) and cruise to Syria, Lebanon, Israel and Egypt, ending up in Cyprus. We then hope to sail back across the Med, heading West, to Gibraltar and then on to the Canary Islands. This would then be our starting point in December (still 2010) for the Atlantic crossing to the Caribbean.
